Small Portion Dinner

Dinner in large portions and high-calorie can increase fat deposits in the body, given after dinner your activity level began to decrease. Fruits and vegetables can be a healthy dinner menu to lower your fat levels. Also make it a habit to drink a glass of water before eating so that you do not eat large portions.

Familiarize Breakfast
